Lishen LP54173207 202Ah 3.2V Grade A LiFePO4 Prismatic Battery Cell with M6 Laser Studs – Extreme Cold Resilience -35°C for Solar ESS & EV

Lishen LP54173207 202Ah: High Capacity with Effortless Connection The Lishen LP54173207-202Ah is a flagship Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) cell that bridges the gap between industrial performance and DIY accessibility. With a substantial 202Ah capacity and pre-installed M6 Laser Welding Studs, it eliminates the need for difficult terminal drilling or tapping, making it the most user-friendly choice for building high-capacity battery modules.

🚀 Unrivaled Build Quality and Performance

  • M6 Laser Stud Interface: The factory-installed M6 laser studs provide a superior electrical connection, significantly reducing terminal resistance and the risk of overheating compared to hand-tapped holes.

  • Extreme Cold Resilience: Unlike standard LFP cells, the LP54173207 maintains reliable discharge performance in extreme cold down to -35°C, making it ideal for outdoor energy storage in harsh climates.

  • 3,500+ Cycle Reliability: Engineered for long-term service, this Grade A cell provides over a decade of daily solar cycling with minimal capacity degradation.

🤝 Why Source from DLCPO?

  • Verified Grade A Quality: We supply 100% original Lishen cells. Every unit undergoes rigorous voltage and internal resistance (≤0.25 mΩ) testing before shipment to ensure a perfectly balanced battery pack.

  • 🎯 Original QR Code Intact: DLCPO maintains full factory traceability. No relabeled or scratched cells, ensuring you receive authentic, automotive-grade inventory.

  • 🌐 Expert Global Logistics: We specialize in DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping solutions for large prismatic cells to Brazil, USA, and Europe, managing all lithium battery safety protocols and customs formalities for you.

❓ Q:What is the main benefit of the laser-welded M6 studs?
💡 A:

Laser-welded studs are structurally integrated into the cell’s internal foil. This design offers a much higher pull-out strength and lower impedance than traditional screw-in terminals, ensuring your battery pack remains stable in high-vibration environments like RVs or heavy machinery.

💡 A:

Yes. This specific model is engineered for extreme cold resilience, maintaining a stable discharge curve down to -35°C. It is the premier choice for outdoor off-grid solar systems in regions with harsh winter climates.

💡 A:

When charged and discharged at the recommended 0.5C rate, the Lishen 202Ah offers a cycle life of over 3,500 cycles before reaching 80% capacity. For a typical home solar system, this translates to over 10 years of reliable daily use. 🚀

Warnings & Cautions

  1. Charge
    a) NO over-charge,the charge voltage should not be over 3.65V.
    b) NO reverse charging
    c) The charge temperature range is 0℃~ 65℃. The charge/discharge must be stopped when any part of the cell reach to 65℃.
    d) Optimal charge temperature range is 15℃ ~ 35℃。Do not charge for a long time in the temperature less than 15℃.

    Discharge
    a) No short circuit
    b) The end of discharge voltage must be over 2.0V.
    c) The discharge temperature range is -35℃~ 65℃. The charge/discharge must be stopped when any part of the cell reach to 65℃.
    d) Optimal discharge temperature range is 15 ℃~ 35℃. Do not discharge for a long time in the temperature more than 35℃

Notice: Do not over-torque the M6 studs; use a torque wrench to ensure secure but safe connections. While it discharges at -35°C, charging must occur above 0°C for safety.
